I showed my dad the workout and he bought one the next day .

I love my PowerBell. I showed my Dad the workout and let him try it and he bought one the next day. He then told one of my brothers about the workout and he bought one today! It's a killer and it only takes 15 minutes. I'll never do old fashioned weights again.

 Great workout, great product

By Ripped in Miami (Miami) on Mar 23, 2009
I cannot believe the workout you can get using this thing. I started out pretty light to get warmed up and then started adding weight. I did about 8 exercises and it took me about 20 minutes. The next day my entire body was sore and couldn't believe it was from such a quick workout. I love it and I am hooked. To know that you only need this one piece of equipment to get a total body workout is awesome. I can do it anywhere in my house and it doesn't take up any room.

 Rocked Me

By Chris (Little Rock) on Mar 23, 2009
The powerbell workout rocked me. I didn't think 15 minutes of swinging this thing around would be that tough and I made it through the workout just fine but I could tell it worked my entire body. Every muscle group is sore. for two days after my workout I was very sore but couldn't wait to try it again. Now I do it 4 days a week and it still just takes 15 minutes to get an incredible workout. I've started adding in a bunch of different moves that I've found online. It keeps the workout interesting. try it. There's nothing to lose.

 Good Stuff

By Bill (Rapid City) on Mar 31, 2009
There's a lot of range left in this for my. Currently I'm using it at 25 lbs. hopefully I can build up quickly but 25 lbs. kicks my butt! I'm very happy I bought it. The exercises are fantastic and in 15 minutes I'm so beat I can hardly walk but it the good kind of muscle soreness that let's you know you've done something good for yourself. No injury type pain.

 What a workout!

By KandiKane (Boise, ID) on Mar 33, 2009
I have done every workout program known to man, or in my case woman. This one takes the cake. For years I have seen these Kettle Bells in the gym but I never tried them because I had no idea how to use them. The movements are all new to my body, so the day after I was feeling it. Thanks Weider for opening up a new world of fitness for me.
